Sweden, like Japan, will crack down on file sharing soon

Associated Press is now reporting that Sweden will also be broadening the Swedish rules and will allow courts to identify and punish file sharing operations.

Sweden’s Pirate Party was not please with this decision. This small Swedish political group which promotes a free and open information society called the move a “sanctioned blackmailing operation”.
