The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Italian prosecutors are preparing to file charges against four Google executives over a video posted on Google’s Italian web site showing a disabled teen with Down Syndrome being taunted by peers. The United Kingdom’s TimesOnline reports that the clip, which lasts for 191 seconds, “showed the youths making fun of the teenager before hitting him over the head.”
