knowledge sharing. If you'd like to help with a SIG or start a new SIG,

SIG chairs are responsible for:
- Conducting at least four SIG meetings a year
- Announcing their meetings
- Maintaining their mailing lists
- Maintaining their pages on the WebGuild website
