Job Description
The Dynamic Media Organization within the Creative Solutions Business unit focuses on the creation, distribution and delivery of video and interactive experiences through the development of tools and servers and delivery of content into the Adobe Platform technologies - Flash Player and AIR.

Position Summary:
Lead the next generation of web video experiences. Over the past 10 years, Flash has emerged as the standard for rich media experiences on the web, including web-based video. As content owners, such as major broadcasters and studios extend their business to the web using Flash, they demand media solutions that enable them to attract, engage, measure and monetize viewership of their video content.
We seek a Senior Product Manager to grow Adobe\'s Media Measurement solutions through the delivery of product, services and partnerships to meet the diverse market and customer needs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for media measurement and defining products and technologies that enable next generation rich media experiences for hundreds of millions of end-users. A successful candidate will also engage with a staff of highly talented engineering, sales, and marketing professionals to engage content owners, content delivery networks and strategic partners.
• Lead the definition of the product roadmap to achieve the company strategy as part of a cross-functional product planning team.
• Set strategy for Media Measurement with other Adobe products.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple teams to define product release themes and feature sets.
• Partner with the studios and the broadcast community to drive adoption of Adobe\'s Media Measurement offerings.
• Participate and drive product planning efforts to define products we offer, including developing user experiences, MRDs, PRD, use cases, market justifications, and customer need research and competitor analysis.
• Provide tactical product management support and communicate with customers and internal sales, consulting, and support organizations to gather customer feedback and resolve product issues.
• Drive product development by understanding and passionately advocating customer requirements, defining feature sets, and developing and communicating product requirements.
• Participate in setting the strategy for pricing, packaging, and positioning for the Media Measurement product portfolio.
• Communicate, with impact, product information throughout the company and to customers, including product training and product demonstrations for sales.
• Identify, evaluate and define potential partnerships with existing analytics solutions and/or services to complement our offering
• Act as a dynamic spokesperson for the product and Adobe, developing rapport with global press and analysts.
• Set and monitor schedules, manage, in dynamic interactions with your team, the product through successful release, and remove any roadblocks to progress.
• Collaborate and partner closely with Flash Player, AIR, Flash Media Server and Adobe Video tools management to help define, drive and deliver a cohesive platform
Knowledge & Skills:
• Minimum of five years\' experience in product management role related to media measurement and/or analytics solutions with a software development company, analytics provider or broadcaster/studio.
• Previous experience delivering analytics solutions and/or experience defining and delivering products that rely heavily on related technology.
• Solid knowledge of media measurement and analytics (methodologies, technologies, privacy) and its use in consumer solutions on desktops and portable devices. Working knowledge of the technologies that drive data gathering and mining, such as storage systems, schemas, algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience in partnering effectively with the security and privacy communities.
• Previous experience interfacing with rich media or video value-added service solution providers, studios, broadcasters, ad agencies and media buyers regarding analytics.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineering to translate requirements into solutions; leading and managing the development and delivery of software services.
• Aspiration, ambition, and vision-to drive Adobe dynamic media products as well as your career.
• Ability and desire to engage and interact effectively with geographically dispersed multidiscipline teams.
• Sound knowledge of web, video and security technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen, flexible, and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire and ability to lead, take a stand, or advocate a feature, and present market facts and data to back up your position.
• Previous experience working with worldwide sales.
• Solid background in software engineering.
• A BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, and an MBA is preferred
