Job Description

Crispin Porter + Bogusky is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Interactive Recruiter to join the Talent Relations department.

The Talent Relations department at CP+B incorporates recruitment and development initiatives to fulfill our mission of attracting, educating and inspiring CP+Bers to produce the most talked about creative in the world. We seek talent everywhere to continuously grow and cultivate a learning environment amidst the ever-changing landscape of the industry.

To knock our socks off you should:

-Maintain relationships with department heads to understand interactive recruitment needs
-Follow digital industry trends, top agencies and industry leaders
-Source possible candidates for screening
-Pipeline/cultivate relationships with potential future candidates
-Screen potential candidates and assess level of experience
-Provide screening feedback to department heads
-Provide feedback/decisions to candidates
-Negotiate offers
-Check in periodically with recent hires
-Have 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a digital agency
-Have Industry expertise
