Position Overview
The Photoshop.com team is seeking a talented Senior Experience Design Lead to help them envision the next generation of online photo sharing and expression. About Photoshop.com: Photoshop.com is a rich web experience that makes it easy and fun for photo enthusiasts to get their photos online, edit them, and share them across social networks. The PS.com product and user experience architecture is in its infancy, and the product team is focused on defining a powerful vision for the future. The Senior Experience Design Lead will be responsible for defining, designing, and visualizing this vision. Responsibilities This position will include a wide variety of design responsibilities: • Synthesizing business and user experience goals into a high-level vision that is easily understood by multiple audiences • Presenting designs in a clear, confident, and cogent manner • Concept design leadership (ability to create evocative diagrams, concept maps, etc) • Visual design leadership (ability to define visual languages for icons, styles, etc) • Art direction Requirements The right candidate will be: • Willing to constructively receive, weigh, and integrate diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team • Able to iterate rapidly, and create multiple design solutions • Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment • Experienced with design of desktop software and/or web applications • Familiar with motion design, and animation • An expert using Adobe design tools The ideal candidate will be: • Passionate about digital photography • Familiar with online social networks, and how to make them grow How to Apply
