We are looking for a creative, dynamic product manager to guide the design, development, and delivery of cxImpact, Tealeaf’s flagship, award-winning product. This role will involve being the key expert on the usage and capabilities of the product, and helping to define its future priorities and roadmap. This person will interface with customers and sales teams to gather feedback and enable customer successes, as well as engineering and technical teams to drive product development and support. Job Requirements/Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to support sales, get product feedback, and communicate product capabilities and benefits. • Own product requirements, including use case development. • Work closely with engineers on functional specifications and feature development. • Oversee the product release process from requirements gathering to general availability. • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop demos and sales tools. • Train field personnel on product usage, features and benefits. Qualifications: • 5+ years experience at enterprise software companies in product management or technology consulting. • Deep understanding of the IT Industry landscape, with a focus on web applications, ecommerce, web analytics and business intelligence technologies. • Great process and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. • Proven self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in teams. • Must have experience interfacing with both sales and engineering groups. • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Prefer experience working in fast growing startups. • Creative with an upbeat, positive attitude. • BA/BS; computer science undergraduate and MBA preferred. • Candidates/applicants must have the immediate legal right to work in the United States, and must follow Tealeaf’s information security policy.
