Logitech is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to provide strategic solutions and program management for a variety of online initiatives. The Web Marketing Manager has the opportunity to play a lead role in the evolution and expansion of Logitech\'s digital efforts.
He/she will drive the development of online marketing programs to support integrated, global campaigns across the company. Campaigns cover a wide range of subjects and scale, from simple product updates to the web site to more complex marketing efforts across a variety of channels. The Web Marketing Manager will have the ability to influence the web site, online partner channels, direct marketing and internet advertising, depending on the digital strategy that he/she will help devise. The ideal candidate must have a strong working knowledge of digital marketing to enable him/her to lead the strategic direction, as well as to ensure adherence to best practices in internet design and deployment. The Marketing Manager must have a comprehensive understanding of project management tools and principles to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, as well as the flexibility to lead diverse global teams to deliver balanced integrated solutions. The ability to drive deadlines with cross functional teams is a critical success factor for this role. Interpersonal skills are essential, as the Marketing Manager will need to build strong business relationships with other key Internet stakeholders such as Regional Marketing Managers and Product Owners. The position is based in Fremont, CA, the location of Logitech\'s corporate headquarters, and reports to the Director of Global Web Marketing. Responsibilities - Drive development of digital marketing program to support global and regional product launches and campaigns. - Represent Global Web Marketing on various cross-divisional teams. - Establish and ensure adherence to project quality and performance standards. Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous programs. - Collaborate closely with technical, creative and content development teams. Provide purpose, direction and motivation to team. - Establish campaign and launch strategies and project management direction. Ensure key project and program-wide roles and responsibilities are defined. - Oversee tracking, reporting and internal communications related to his or her programs. Identify and manage issues and opportunities. - Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary. - Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions. Conduct industry and competitive analyses. Specific knowledge - Solid experience in global web marketing, with an emphasis on web sites and significant knowledge of online advertising and social media. - Proficient in market/competitive analysis. Deep knowledge of web marketing trends, solutions and best practices. - Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change. Strong program and project management skills. - Capable of excelling in team environments and collaborating well with cross-functional teams. - Experience with application of industry tools, including web analytics solutions, content management systems, email marketing and management tools and social media. - Successful track record of launching multiple, simultaneous internet campaigns for consumer facing websites with global presence. - Preference for candidate with experience working for high-end and/or consumer electronics brands.
