Account Manager & Optimization Analyst
Zoosk is looking for an Account Manager/Optimization Specialist to join our fast growing marketing team. This individual will be involved in expanding our current marketing efforts across various channels including Facebook, MySpace, Google and more. The successful candidate will be analytical in nature and very numbers driven as this role is performance based marketing and includes managing relationships with multiple advertising partners. Responsibilities • Monitor closely the performance of campaigns and optimize accordingly • Act as the primary point of contact for our media partners • Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure the success of Zoosk’s marketing and monetization tactics • Identify and build relationships with new media partners • Take ownership and responsibility of your P&L and report figures internally Qualifications • Direct experience in user acquisition via affiliate marketers, SEM, banners, and partnerships • 2-3 years of performance based online marketing experience • Working experience with CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU, and LTV • BA/BS degree preferred (or a reason not to have one and there are plenty) • Experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar is a plus • Very strong analytical skills and number-driven • Good project management and personal organization skills • Excellent written and communication skills • Ability to deliver results under pressure • Speaking a language other than English is a plus How to Apply
