Theresia Sandhu is a Patent Attorney with extensive experience in Silicon Valley start-ups. Ms. Sandhu's current practice is focused on the intellectual property needs and concerns of professional subcontractors and technology entrepreneurs. Her most current in-house experience includes serving as the Director of Legal Affairs at VentureSurf.com, and earlier as a patent agent at SDL. Ms. Sandhu has worked at Morrisson and Foerster and interned at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Her experience as a creative engineer includes technical contributions made at Hewlett-Packard, AMD, General Electric, Philips Semiconductor, and Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, He. She volunteers in support of the Sunnyvale Patent Library (SCI3.com) and the Inventors' Alliance, and is an active member of the National Association of Patent Professionals.
