Phong Nguyen, CEO & President, LinkUpService

Prior to founding Beyond Access Communications and LinkUpService, Mr. Phong Nguyen worked as Business Development Manager for Cisco Systems, responsible for their strategy and investment in the communications marketplace using VoIP technologies. Before that, he was Cisco's Principal eBusiness Solution Architect in the Customer Care area. He helped created the Contact Center solution for Cisco. He also has over 21 years of experience building and operating Customer Service and Support for companies in the bay area such as 3Com, US Web, Hal Computer Systems, and others.

Bernard Gutnick, Director of Product Management, GoBeam

Bernard is the director of product management for GoBeam, a leading managed communication services provider in Pleasanton, California. Prior to joining GoBeam, he was director of marketing for Aspect Communication, a multichannel contact center solutions company. At Nortel, he was responsible for the architectural evolution of multimedia communication applications. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and is known for his presentation of case studies outlining the lessons learned from businesses deploying leading edge solutions. Bernard holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
