Irene Blumenkranz specializes in start up for small business issues, intellectual property, computer, and contract law. She has drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and revised hundreds of agreements - from simple software acquisitions to complex deals ranging from small firms to Fortune 500 Corporations. Her expertise spans legal, business, and technical issues of intellectual property. She has been in-house counsel for innovative software companies with successful IPOs as well as an operating system developer for IBM and software consultant for Computer Usage Corporation. Early training included a BA in mathematics from Cornell University and a Certificate from the Sorbonne. To keep her energy high and have fun she teaches fitness at the YMCA. |
