Michael DeBellis, VP, Fujitsu Consulting Mr. DeBellis leads Fujitsu Consulting's Enterprise
Content Management (ECM) and Portal practice for the Western U.S. He has twenty years of experience in the
consulting industry. Mr. DeBellis has been published in leading journals, magazines, books, and conferences such
as IEEE Expert and OOPSLA. He is an accomplished speaker on such topics as Web Services, Enterprise Content
Management, User-Centered Design, and Software Development Life-Cycle tools and methods. He plays an active
role in technology standards groups and currently represents Fujitsu on the OASIS Web Services for Business
Processes (WSBPEL) working group.

Detlef Kamps, President, RedDot Solutions Corporation As president of RedDot Solutions Corporation,
Detlef Kamps provides strategic direction and oversees business operations for the Company's North American presence.
Mr. Kamps joined RedDot in 1998 when the company was known as InfoOffice, Inc.
Prior to joining RedDot and launching the company into the U.S. market, Kamps served as Vice-President of Sales and
Marketing at Spectrum Laboratories, Inc., in California. Previously, he worked as a management consultant with Kurt
Salmon Associates, where he helped several Fortune 500 companies in Europe and the U.S. to develop and implement IT
strategies. He also worked at Lufthansa German Airlines, where he was responsible for the team that successfully
developed and implemented flight engine monitoring software. Kamps began his career in his native Berlin at software
developer, Brainware.
He earned a master's degree in economics, business administration and computer science from Free University - Berlin,
and from the University of California - Berkeley. He also holds a bachelor's degree of economics and business
administration, earned at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms Universitaet, Bonn.
Michael Meadows, Director of Product Management, GlobalSCAPE Mr. Meadows is responsible for
overseeing the lifecycle of all GlobalSCAPE products. Meadows brings more than 12 years of varied project management and
software development knowledge to GlobalSCAPE from management and engineering positions with IBM, Southwest Research
Institute and Rare Medium. As the product manager for PureCMS, Meadows is the messenger for the market place and has
been integral in the design, development and testing of the company's newest Web content management product. Meadows
holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and a master's degree in
engineering management from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
