Chelsea Clinton, daughter of  Bill and Hillary Clinton, has been appointed to the board of IAC.

The former First Daughter was elected to the board last week the company revealed in an SEC filing. She will help the company with its strategic initiatives.

Don’t call it influence peddling or nepotism or anything like that (consider the amount of value the former First Daughter can add to the company), that only happens in developing nations and third world countries not in developed economies.

Clinton was elected to the board on merit. She is currently pursuing a degree at Oxford University in the U.K.
