Update: Google Images had he wrong image for Osama Bedier earlier today. It showed the image on the right of an Arab man with red head gear as the first result for Osama Bedier. Mysteriously the image has since disappeared from Google Images. Apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

No sooner than Google (GOOG) announced its mobile payment business it was was sued by PayPal (EBAY) over claims it misappropriated trade secrets from PayPal’s mobile- payment business reports Bloomberg News.
Google’s mobile payment solution is being led by Osama Bedier, a former PayPal executive. PayPal is alleging that Osama stole and shared PayPal’s confidential information about its point-of- sale technologies and services to retailers. In the lawsuit Paypal said, ““Bedier and Google have misappropriated PayPal trade secrets by disclosing them within Google and to major retailers.”
Stephanie Tilenius, another ex-PayPal executive now at Google, is also named in the lawsuit for violating contractual obligations by recruiting Osama, PayPal said.
PayPal also alleges that Osama, who left the company in January, discussed a job with Google while simultaneously leading negotiations to make PayPal a payment option on Google’s Android Market. He didn’t disclose the job-related talks, a breach of his fiduciary duty, the company said.
Tilenius, who left EBay in 2009, was under contract not to recruit employees, PayPal said. She messaged Bedier on Facebook Inc.’s social-networking website, telling him she had a “HUGE” opportunity for him, and sent him e-mails and text messages offering advice while he interviewed for a position, according to the complaint.
PayPal, has been testing its point-of-sale system with retails for some time now. Apple (AAPL) is also rumored to be working on a mobile payment service for its iPhone.
The case is PayPal v. Google Inc. (GOOG), 11CV201863, California Superior Court, County of Santa Clara (San Jose).

This picture and the way you wrote the title is racist and Islamophobic. Remove the picture and change the title!
The fact that one of the ex Paypal's executives is called Osama does not give you the right to use a cheesy antics to spice up the article.
I am not associated in any way with Paypal nor with Google and have never worked for any of them. But as a American Muslim from Egyptian origins I find the way the article is written to be very offensive.
Be professional!!

Good brief encapsulation of the public facts. The picture however is NOT Bedier and is culturally ignorant and probably insulting to him. Bedier is Persian, not Arab by decent.

This is very shoddy journalism bordering on slander. The headline implies that he has already stolen the trade secrets.

Google is everywhere – email, photos, checkout, search, docs, coupons, phone, OS etc. They are also getting into another business – Google Hair. It is a hair cut business and the MAN will be asked to lead this business! At least he will not be able to steal any secrets in this business.
