Social Media Playing Big Part In 2010 Campaigns

Candidates in November’s general election, including those for Arizona governor, are using social media to try to reach a broader audience.

More than 330,000 people “like” Gov. Jan Brewer’s Facebook page. Her Democratic opponent, Terry Goddard, has just over 20,000 “likes” on his page.

Valley political blogger Seth Anderson says it’s all about engaging your audience.

“Some are really good and some really get it. Some others seem to be not on the ball with it,” Anderson said. More>>
