HP CEO Mark Hurd Resigns Over Sexual Harassment

HP CEO Mark Hurd resigned over a claim of sexual harassment against him and HP by a former contractor to HP.

Very little is known about the sexual harassment allegations expect that Mark Hurd was making payment to the contractor.

HP CFO Cathie Lesjak, will be CEO on an interim basis. Lesjak is a 24-year veteran of the company who has served as HP’s CFO and as a member of the company’s Executive Council since January 2007.

  2. good lord! what a greedy lying SOB! stealing company funds to pay for a fling even as he makes tens of millions in compensation by laying off employees and cutting their benefits to the bone!
